What’s Included in the All-Inclusive Plan?
Alcoholic Drinks
The all-inclusive plan includes beer, wine, and drinks made with tequila, mezcal, rum, cognac, brandy, whiskey, bourbon, gin, vodka, liquors, and cordials from the international bar.
Beverages are limited to one drink per person at a time and will not be served to anyone under 25. Guests displaying intoxicated, abusive, or disruptive behavior will be denied service. All-inclusive privileges for all guests may be revoked at the resort’s discretion. Failure to comply with the rules may result in the cancellation of your package without a refund.
Pricing
The all-inclusive plan is $159 USD per day when booked through the resort, but guests who book through Destination Vacations will receive a discounted rate of $135 USD per day for the all-inclusive package at the Villa La Estancia Resort.

- No refunds will be issued for unused days or early departures.
- The all-inclusive plan is only available for guests aged 25 or older.
Rules & Regulations
- Each plan is for one individual and is non-transferable.
- All individuals sharing the same room must purchase a plan.
- Use of the plan begins with the meal period of your choice and ends with the meal period prior to the initial meal.
- Wristbands must be worn during the plan’s duration. A replacement fee of the original meal plan price applies for lost wristbands.
- All restaurant tabs require your signature.
- Discounts of 25% apply to food items marked “premium” and in-suite private chef services.
- Overnight room service, products from the Palmita Market, ice cream from the Ice Cream Shop, phone calls, spa services, childcare, ground transportation, laundry, and romantic dinners are not included in the package price.
- Beach or pool attire and hats are not permitted for dinner at La Casona and Neptune Seafood. Dress shorts and dress sandals are acceptable for gentlemen, and collared shirts are required.
- Reservations may be required for dinner. Contact the on-site concierge for assistance.
- Access to the pools and beachside loungers at Villa La Estancia is included in the package, but the package does not include access to the pools at Villa del Arco or Villa del Palmar.
What’s Included in the Full Board Option?
The full-board option is a food-only plan that includes water, soft drinks, coffee, and tea. Alcoholic beverages are not included in this plan. The same restaurants, restaurant hours, dinner buffet theme nights, and rules and regulations listed for the all-inclusive plan also apply to the full board plan.

Pricing
The full board option is $129 USD per day when booked through the resort, but guests who book through Destination Vacations will receive a discounted rate of $110 USD per day for the full board package at the Villa La Estancia Resort.
- Children aged 4–12 can receive a discounted rate of $55 USD per day for the full board package (as opposed to $64.50 USD)
- Children under the age of four are free.
- Taxes and service charges are included in the plan.

How to Sign Up for the All Inclusive Offers
Here are the steps to sign up for the all-inclusive packages with Destination Vacations.
- Book your preferred villa.
- After you’ve completed your booking, our team will send you a guest packet that contains the All-Inclusive Registration Form.
- Fill out the form and return it to Vacations@DestinationCabo.com
- Registration forms must be received 48 hours prior to check in day.
- A Destination Vacations team member will book the meal plan on your behalf. They will process the card on file and send you a confirmation email.
- The resort will add this to your reservation and it will be ready when you arrive.
Terms and conditions
A bracelet must be worn for the duration of the plan and removed by the Front Desk at the end of the plan.
Each plan is limited to one individual and is not transferable.
Everyone sharing the same room must purchase the plan
A 25% discount applies for menu items marked as “Premium” on restaurant menus.
A 25% food discount applies for private Sunset Dinners on the Beach.
A two-dollar delivery fee applies for Room Service.

Kayaks and paddleboards may not be loaned for individual use due to official maritime restrictions imposed by the authorities.
An additional charge may apply for Holidays or Special Events.
A one-day penalty will apply for a lost bracelet.
Palmita Market products, Ice Cream Shop, Phone Calls, Spa, Childcare, Ground Transportation and Laundry are not included.
No refunds may be made for unused days or early departures.
Due to limited space and high demand, the use of the pools, beach and poolside lounge chairs at Villa Del Arco are strictly limited to registered Villa del Arco guests.
Caps, pool or beach attire are not allowed for dinner at La Casona or Neptune Seafood restaurants. Dress shorts and dress sandals are acceptable for Gentlemen.
